About this house rental
The house located at the foot of the dune and along the cycle path offers you an ideal location to discover the beaches and walks in the forest.
You will be a three-minute walk from the beach, restaurants and shops.
Deckchairs and hammock await you in the peace of the large green garden in the shade of strawberry trees and pines
The house of about 100m2 is composed of:
- 1 master bedroom with a queen bed
- 1 second bedroom with 2 beds of 90x160
- 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet
- a large kitchen open to the dining room,
- a living room with office area
- a terrace to the west to enjoy the sunset
- a sheltered terrace to the east
- a large garden of 1000m2.
The private garden of more than 1000m2 enclosed on the road but not enclosed with the neighbours' garden in order to offer a forest visual.
The plots are delimited by small wooden stakes. Everyone respects their privacy: it is forbidden to go on the neighbours' plot and vice versa
Parking access and two car spaces are available on the grounds.
If a reception is not possible, access can be done independently with a key box.
In order to offer you a reasonable rate:
- We ask you to do the CLEANING and put your sheets and towels in the dirty laundry bin when you leave so that the house is ready to receive the next guests.
