It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The place was very clean and well kept. All of our needs for the kitchen were there for our use. Along with coffee ready to brew full pot or individually. Stay was very relaxing. We only miss having a pool but we new what we rented. Thanks great time.
