Other features and amenities include a private washer/dryer, a well-equipped, galley kitchen, a sunlit living area with a large sectional and streaming-capable TV, and cool central air-conditioning to ensure your comfort. The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line. RESORT AMENITIES - Beachfront, outdoor pool THINGS TO KNOW Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. Outdoor shower on-site. A $40 registration fee is due at check-in at Pyramid building year-round. The fee Includes use of on-site amenities and one (1) parking space. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The location and physical location of the condo. Beautiful views of the ocean. The facilities are also wonderful

The good: Great location The bad: It needs quite a bit of repairs and the owners listed it as 2bdr/2bth knowing one of the showers were not operational for the entire season with no repairs in sight until the season ends. Molding missing in bathroom, microwave had cracked door, etc. etc.Would not recommend as we felt like it was a "bait and switch" property.
