The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We were nervous renting a unit that has no reviews, and we've read some bad ones about Vacasa, but we were pleasantly surprised. The condo looks just like the photos. Beautiful views and an enormous balcony. Very well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of space and seating in and outside for our group of 8. We really appreciated the empty shelves, dressers, and, closets for storage. Check-in and check-out were easy. We couldn't get the washing machine to work, reported the issue in the Vacasa office in the lobby, and they fixed it within an hour. A few issues: The photos only show 2 of the bedrooms and I could not get correct information about the 3rd. When I called Vacasa, they said it was a king. The listing says 2 double beds, but it doesn't say they are in a bunk. This was not ideal for the second adult couple in our group. The 2nd bedroom also has a bunk bed, and it's very wobbly. There are no bedside tables and only 1 lamp in each bedroom. FYI: The only coffee maker is a keurig, so you need pods. We left some behind. We used the pickleball courts and gym. The sauna was broken. Great access to the beach, and many stores and restaurants within walking distance. So, a few kinks to work out, but in general, a very nice condo. Recommend.
