A 2 minute walk down beautiful tree lined streets to Park Ave where you’ll find cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. Updated bathroom and high end stove for cooking. Window AC is very sufficient to cool during summer. This is an apartment in a house with other apartments. No local guests, property available to out of town and international traveler’s.
