• Strictly no smoking inside the property.
• Smoking is only permitted outside, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.
No Parties or Events
• Parties, loud gatherings, and events are not permitted.
• Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
Guest Numbers
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please do not exceed the booking guest limit.
Cleanliness
• Please keep the home clean and tidy during your stay.
• Wash used dishes or place them in the dishwasher before check-out.
Furniture & Damage
• Please treat the home and furnishings with care.
• Any damages or missing items may incur additional charges.
Pets
• No pets allowed unless approved in advance.
Safety
