Cocoonr offers this 50 m² flat in Morne-Vert to rent for up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it has wifi (fibre optics). Bed linen and towels are included.
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with north-east facing bay window, TV, double sofa bed and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with king-size bed (180 × 200) and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower.
- Separate WC.
Outside:
- A 5 m² terrace with a 16 m² private garden area with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A 1200 m² enclosed garden with trees.
Shared outdoor areas:
- A 1200 m² enclosed garden with trees, garden furniture and a barbecue area.
The flat is ideally located in Morne-Vert, in a very pleasant, residential area. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
There's plenty to do in the north of the island:
- Le Carbet beaches and restaurants, 10 minutes' drive away
- Hiking on Mont Pelée
- Visits to distilleries, museums and cultural sites
- Water sports (diving, deep-sea diving, jet-skiing)

- The nearest airport, Aimé Césaire, is 40 minutes away by car.
