Gate House is a two-bedroom San Felipe Vacation Rental located in the gated community of Playa de Oro at KM 179 on the San Felipe - Mexicali Highway 5. This rental features two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, comfortably sleeping 4 guests (airbed welcome for 2 more, max 6).
The house has no garage, but there is parking for two cars. Walking distance from the rental are two restaurants — La Vaquita Norte and Road Runner Cafe. Nearby is the San Felipe Brewery, a great place to taste beer.
Guests enjoy pool access, and down the road in the community is the beach. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra (internet, electricity, water, and propane). Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
