It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The location and condo itself are both really nice & within walking distance of everything you would need. Conveniently close to the beach, its about a 5 minute walk. Overall really nice condo, very relaxing & quiet.
