Beautiful sunsets and views of Fager’s Island Lighthouse await from the western-facing balcony of your condo, making it the perfect place to start the day with coffee and end it with a sundowner. Inside, breakfast prep is easy in your well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the appliances and plenty of counter space. Dine together at the adjacent table, and then head out to explore, or just head to your complex’s shared pool and spend the day working on your tan. Back home, grab a seat on one of the comfortable couches and stream your favorite shows on the TV. Other entertainment options include free high-speed WiFi, along with a DVD player. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. If you’re looking for more together time, grab one of the board games on hand. Drift off to sleep with one perfect vacation day behind you, and another to come tomorrow. THINGS TO KNOW This vacation rental strictly prohibits smoking on-site. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Great place to stay. Pool is undersized but clean and clear. 4-5 min walk to the ocean. Everything nearby. Will def. stay here again.

The view was terrific and superficially the place looked great. As soon as we got there my wife noticed both the kitchen table and coffee table were not clean. We thought that was just a miss and let it go. On Tuesday morning our washer stopped working. I called the office number and no one answered. I called the corp number and they asked if I wanted to go on SMS. They said they would have someone call us back and I never heard from anyone. We finally went online and learned how to fix it ourselves. Not exactly what we want to be doing on a vacation. I took my family there and am extremely disappointed with our experience.
