Welcome to your perfect Punta Gorda getaway! This spacious, dog-friendly home offers the ideal blend of relaxation, fun, and convenience for families, couples, snowbirds, and friends.
Tucked away on a quiet dead-end street, the home overlooks a peaceful lake and greenbelt while remaining just minutes from shops, restaurants, beaches, and Fishermen's Village.
Start your day with coffee in the enclosed lanai overlooking the private pool with color-changing LED lights. Enjoy a peaceful paddle on the lake with one of the included kayaks, cast a line before breakfast, explore the area on the four provided bikes, or pack the included beach gear for a day on the coast.
Inside, you'll find a spacious, updated layout featuring a modern kitchen with quartz countertops, new cabinetry, and a built-in bar with a wine cooler. Two living areas, a foosball table, and a classic arcade game provide plenty of space for everyone to relax and have fun.
With smart TVs, free WiFi, comfortable workspaces, and three bedrooms plus a den with a Murphy bed, the home offers everything you need for a short getaway or an extended stay.
End the day with a barbecue by the pool and enjoy the comfort, privacy, and amenities that make this Punta Gorda retreat feel like home.

The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 through November 30, with peak activity typically occurring from mid-August through mid-October. While natural disasters are beyond our control, our policy regarding cancellations and refunds remains the same: if the home is habitable, no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection and peace of mind during hurricane season. If a named storm is forecast for the area, the following precautions may be taken (when possible by one person) and will remain in place until the storm has passed:
Outdoor dock furniture will be moved to a safe location.
Lanai furniture will be moved inside or secured against the home.
Televisions will be unplugged.
Trash cans will be secured against the home, unless trash pickup is scheduled within the next 48 hours.
Ice bins will be emptied, and ice makers will be turned off in case of a power outage.
Electric storm shutters will be closed. (Manual storm shutters are not installed.)

The huge house, located at the end of a cul-de-sac, was immaculate upon check-in. The touchpad on the front door lock is very finicky. Typing in the 10 digit code too fast or slow will not let you in. It is a very safe neighborhood, and we felt very comfortable walking in the area every morning and evening. A law enforcement officer resides next door. Walmart and Publix are conveniently located less than a 10 minute drive. Beaches are about a 20 min drive. The on-site pool was very clean and faces a private back yard which boarders a small pond. The furnishings were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything need for meal prep. A great military museum with flight simulators and is located adjacent to Fisherman's Wharf, with its many dining options, in downtown Punta Gorda. Trying to reach a real person at property management proved to be problematic. The icemaker in the freezer was inoperative ,and I never could get anyone to tell about the problem.

What’s not to love about this beautiful house? This was our 3rd time staying at this house. It has all the amenities you could possibly need and it has a great layout for a family vacation. The lanai and swimming pool are connected with separate enclosures perfect for the safety of small children. This gorgeous house is located close to so much beautiful scenery, live entertainment, Fisherman’s Village, and 20-45 minutes from several beaches. Thank you to the homeowners and the cleaning staff.

The house is beautiful, big, well-appointed. Everything in the description is true. A little pricey but well worth it. If we ever have to be in Punta Gorda/post charlotte again we will definitely stay there.

House was great, had to leave early do to all getting flu on day one. We didn't by the insurance so was told no refund even though we were not there for 3 of the days. Understand that but dissapointed.
