Escape to your private waterfront paradise in Port Charlotte! This newly renovated 4BR/4BA bayfront ranch offers the ultimate vacation experience, featuring breathtaking water views, two private docks, a huge screened-in pool lanai, and complimentary SunSplash Family Waterpark tickets.
Each of the four bathrooms features a walk-in shower, creating a spa-inspired retreat. Inside, you'll find Smart TVs in every room, high-speed WiFi, board games, and two sets of washers and dryers for added convenience.
Step outside and enjoy your own private oasis. The oversized pool is enclosed within a fully screened lanai and complemented by comfortable outdoor lounge and dining spaces, a gas grill, and a cozy waterfront fire pit that is perfect for sunset views. Enjoy two private docks ideal for fishing, boating, birdwatching, or spotting dolphins. Kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, cornhole, and pool games are all provided for endless outdoor fun.
Conveniently located near some of Southwest Florida's top destinations, you're just 20 minutes from Manasota Key Beach, 40 minutes from Venice Beach, and one hour from Siesta Key. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and back patio pool and dock. My kids loved having their own bathrooms and the kayaks were a plus. We would definitely stay here again.
