You'll have sun and surf, a sparkling community pool, and nearby Northside Park at your fingertips. Amenities include a private balcony, two flatscreen cable TVs, free WiFi to keep you connected, AC, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and all of the essential appliances, from a full-size refrigerator with an ice maker to an extra-quiet dishwasher. A private, stacked washer/dryer and beach chairs are provided as well. On the grounds of Ocean Rise, you'll have access to an outdoor pool and sundeck, an outdoor shower, an elevator, a bike rack, and assigned parking. This is the perfect spot for experiencing Maryland's most famous resort town. You'll be close enough to the beach for bathroom and lunch breaks, and just a few blocks from Northside Park, where you can enjoy fireworks displays, kayak and paddleboard rentals, crabbing and fishing off the pier, a children's playground, a bike path, and special events such as Sundaes in the Park (with live entertainment for adults and children to make your own sundaes every Sunday night in July and August). A variety of great restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops, and mini-golf courses are also close by as well.
