Conveniently located just seven miles from Yacht Club Community Park, this home puts you close to Fort Myers Beach, Gator Mike’s Family Fun Park, Cape Harbour, and nearby beach access, giving you plenty of ways to enjoy Southwest Florida.
Spend your days relaxing beside the sparkling private pool or open the living room to the lanai for effortless indoor-outdoor living. Inside, natural light fills the bright, welcoming space, with plush furnishings and a sophisticated living area perfect for conversation or relaxing in front of the TV. The dining area offers a comfortable place to gather, while the spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a floating island with breakfast seating.
The lanai creates another inviting space to dine and relax, whether you're enjoying a quiet morning or an evening meal together. The main suite offers a private entrance to the lanai and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a luxurious double-head walk-in shower.
Kids will love the dedicated bunk room, complete with space to play and a TV for their favorite shows. A PlayStation 4 and pool toys add even more entertainment for the whole family, while a Pack 'n Play and highchair are provided for little guests.

Pool Heating Terms & Conditions
Pool heating is available October 1 through May 1 for an additional fee of $32 per day, plus tax. Guests must contact VueStay at least 72 hours before arrival to request pool heat.
The pool uses an electric heater that relies on outdoor air temperatures. Under favorable conditions, the heater can generally warm the pool to approximately 20°F above the outside air temperature. Pool heating is weather-dependent, and a specific pool temperature, including 85°F, is not guaranteed.
When outdoor temperatures drop to approximately 55°F or below, the heater may not operate. During cold fronts and cooler periods, particularly from December through February, the pool may take longer to warm or may not reach or maintain a comfortable swimming temperature.
Outdoor temperatures, overnight lows, wind, rain, and other weather conditions can affect heating performance. Pool heating fees apply once the service is requested, regardless of weather conditions or the temperature the pool ultimately reaches.

The house was nice but did not have curtains or shades in the living room, kitchen or dining room so the sun was in our eyes every afternoon which made it hard to watch TV or do other things in the sun.

We stayed for a week in the Sea Serpent house in Cape Coral. Our family of 10 enjoyed the house and all the amenities it offered. The host thought of everything. The house was clean and tidy. The pool was terrific. The rooms were spacious. Our beach trips were a bit of a drive, but it worked out. We definitely would like to visit this house again.

Was amazing home for a family vacation. We had two different families and it worked great. Everything we needed plus more. Had a few issues day of check-in but Vacasa did amazing at coming the following day to fix the issues. Home has lots of room and great outdoor space for entertainment. Kids buck room was prefect for the kids to share and sleep in.
