On the first floor, you’ll find a bright living and dining area with a cozy fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook and dine together. A bathroom provides additional comfort. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms as well as a small additional room that’s perfect as a retreat for reading, meditating, or relaxing.
The vacation home also offers plenty of opportunities to unwind outdoors. You can spend convivial evenings on the private terrace with a grill, while another terrace invites you to relax surrounded by nature. In the garden, which is shared with another house, you’ll find a hot tub, a small above-ground pool, and a trampoline. Private parking is available right next to the house, and for guests who wish to drive to the beach in Novi Vinodolski, there’s a reserved free parking spot.
