This brand new home features two spacious bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows that bring in natural light and surrounding jungle views. The primary bathroom looks out onto a private green space, giving it a calm, open feel.
There are two private outdoor areas designed for everyday use. The front terrace includes a deep saltwater pool, outdoor shower, and dining space. Inside, the kitchen is set up for both cooking and entertaining, with a large prep counter and an indoor outdoor marlin bar that opens to the exterior.

Mornings here start naturally, with the sounds of the jungle and soft light coming through the windows. It is an easy place to wake up slowly, have a coffee outside, and ease into the day.
Playa Negra is less than a 10 minute walk from the house. It is a wide, relaxed beach with warm water and fewer crowds than other areas.
Puerto Viejo is about 4.1 km away. It is an easy drive or bike ride into town for restaurants, groceries, and nightlife.
There is plenty to do nearby if you want it. Waterfalls, kayaking, national parks, and wildlife are all within reach. Or you can just stay back and enjoy the space.
