Large, beautiful, comfortable house "Ticasa". In the district of Monte Pego, on the outskirts, 8 km from the centre of Pego, outside the resort, 20 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 8 km from the sea, 8 km from the beach. Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (8 x 4 m, depth 160 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 11 km, restaurant 6 km, bar 6 km, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach 8 km. Sports harbour 15 km, golf course (18 hole) 13 km, surf school 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
