About this apartment rental
Our holiday apartment faces the sunny South with a wonderful view of the Dolomite mountains. It is only a few minutes by foot to the ski-station Motta Naluns, to the railway station, as well as to the village center of Scuol.
Cleaning and laundry is included in the price. Minimum rent is 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday. Smoking and animals are not allowed. Visitor's tax : CHF 5.00/person/night extra to pay.
The apartment has a big balcony, two bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen, two bathrooms with a private washing machine, a large flatscreen TV, a CD/DVD player with a large DVD collection, as well as wireless Internet. There is an underground parking space (no. 12), which is located within the building.
