A few honest notes before you book
• At 10,000 ft this cabin stays naturally cool — AC isn't installed and isn't needed except for a couple of warm weeks in July/August.
• November–May, plan on 4WD/AWD or chains. Mountain weather is unpredictable; allow extra travel time.
• You're in a wild alpine setting — deer, elk, and the occasional curious chipmunk pass through.
Pet policy
Up to 2 dogs welcome, $40 per dog per stay. A 3rd may be approved on request. Please disclose all pets at booking — undisclosed pets at check-in are billed the standard fee.
