This 64 m² cottage accommodates up to 4 people in a charming 20th-century house, where old-world charm meets thoughtfully designed comfort: percale linens, high-end mattresses, bathrobes, a walk-in shower, fiberglass… every detail has been chosen to offer you a stay that is both comfortable and relaxing. As soon as you've unpacked, the private patio becomes the heart of your stay. All the rooms open onto this verdant space, reserved exclusively for the cottage, complete with a covered lean-to, barbecue, and Mexican fireplace for enjoying evenings in Southwest France. Just steps away, the fenced swimming pool and organic garden invite relaxation, while children enjoy the play areas. Committed to a concrete ecological approach, Sandrine and Éric have equipped the property with solar panels with battery storage and a pellet heating system. Here, ecology is simply part of everyday life. From La Mandille, explore the ramparts of Rieux-Volvestre, the Gascon market in Samatan, the banks of the Garonne River, Montbrun-Bocage, or even Martres-Tolosane and its art studios.
