Villa Staff:
The villa includes a professional chef who will prepare meals for you (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Groceries are not included.
There is also a waiter, housekeeper, and cleaning staff who ensure the villa stays clean and comfortable every day.
Staff working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Extended hours are available upon request and may incur an additional fee.
A villa manager is available 24/7 during your stay and speaks both English and Spanish. They can assist with reservations, excursions, activities, emergencies, golf carts, yachts, horseback riding, transportation, restaurant bookings, grocery shopping, golf courses, tennis courts, and more. This service is included in your reservation.
We also offer a pre-arrival grocery shopping service so everything is ready for you upon arrival. Simply send us your list. This service costs $100 USD plus the cost of groceries.

IMPORTANT RESORT FEE NOTICE 🌴
Please note that Casa de Campo charges a mandatory resort fee that is separate from our rental rate and is collected directly by Casa de Campo upon arrival at the gate.
Guests will be required to present a valid passport or government-issued ID at check-in.
Current resort fees are:
• Adults (18+): $30 USD per person, per day
• Children: $25 USD per child, per day
This fee is NOT included in our booking price, and we do not collect or control these charges. Payment must be made directly to Casa de Campo during the registration process upon arrival.
