Located just 250 meters from the ski slopes and 400 meters from the resort center, the residence features a convenient escalator at its base, allowing you to reach the village and the 100 km of Orcières-Merlette ski runs with ease.

The living space is bright and welcoming, opening onto a private balcony or terrace that offers beautiful mountain views. The interior includes a cozy living area with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, along with a separate bedroom featuring a double bed and a dedicated sleeping area with bunk beds. To make your mountain stay even more convenient, the kitchen is fully equipped with induction hobs, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. The apartment also provides a bathroom with a shower or bathtub.

During your stay, you can enjoy functional amenities like secure ski and bike storage, as well as a petanque court on the grounds. In the winter, take advantage of the local fun zone and dog sledding, or explore the hiking trails and mountain biking paths in the summer.
