A private bathroom includes a bath or shower with WC, while select units feature a balcony or terrace.

Guests have access to a heated outdoor pool with a paddling section during the summer months. The residence also includes laundry facilities, elevator access, bike racks and luggage storage. Wi-Fi is free at reception and available at an additional cost within the apartment, and paid parking is available nearby.
