This Art Deco apartment is bright, comfortable and well set up for short stays. It includes two relaxing bedrooms with fresh linen and storage, a clean bathroom with shower, vanity and essentials, plus a welcoming living and dining area to unwind. The Newly renovated kitchen is practical for preparing meals, and secure parking adds extra convenience. A great base for guests wanting easy access to Balgowlah, Manly, Mosman, Spit Marina and the city.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining areas. Guests may also use the backyard area during their stay. Secure parking is also available for guest use.
I’m available to assist guests throughout their stay if anything is needed. Guests can contact me for general questions, local recommendations or support. For urgent matters, I can also be contacted directly by phone.
Please respect the apartment and neighbours during your stay. This is a quiet residential building, so no parties, events or loud noise are permitted.
The apartment is in a great Balgowlah location, close to Stockland Balgowlah, local cafes, transport, North Harbour Reserve and the beautiful Manly to Spit walk. It’s also an easy trip to Manly, Mosman and the Sydney CBD.
Guests are asked to leave the property tidy, place rubbish in the correct bins and report any issues as soon as possible.
No parties, events, or large gatherings.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property.
Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00pm.
No smoking or vaping inside the property.
No pets
Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay.
Any damage, breakages, or maintenance issues must be reported straight away.
Bins must be used correctly and rubbish placed in the correct bins.
Keys are to be looked after carefully. Lost keys or lockouts may incur a replacement or call-out fee.
Check-out is by 10:00am unless otherwise approved.
Before check-out, please turn off lights, air conditioning/heating, close windows, lock the property, and leave the keys on the kitchen bench.
