About this apartment rental
The holiday home is located just outside Feldis, very close to the chairlift up to Motta. It is a peaceful place with a marvellous view of the village of Feldis and the mountains. Separate entrances for the holiday flat on the ground floor and the owner's flat on the upper floor. Two outdoor seating areas with table and benches as well as an outdoor fireplace invite you to linger and barbecue in comfort.

The flat with separate entrance has a large living/dining area with pull-out sofa for 2 people. The slightly separated kitchen is fully equipped (no dishwasher). A separate small bedroom with a bunk bed allows 2 people to sleep (mattresses bunk beds: 90x200cm). The mattress of the pull-out sofa bed measures 160x200cm, the corresponding blanket 160x210 cm. The bathroom consists of a shower, washbasin and WC. Heating: The flat is primarily heated by the guest using the Swedish stove. As a secondary heating system to bridge the night and above all as a ‘frost guard’, there are electric infrared/ceramic radiators on the ceiling in each room, each with a thermostat on the wall, on which the night temperature can be set.
