Beautiful 3 ½-room apartment in the ground floor in a quiet and sunny residential area above the village of Sent (completion: fall 2012, access from the street over a stair). Fantastic view and just 5 minutes away from the village centre. The dream slopes of the skiing area Scuol are within a 100m of distance. Very bright and neatly furnished apartment, two double rooms (a double bed and two single beds). Shower and toilet separately. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue-set, steamer. Washing machine/tumble dryer and parking place are available. Sleds may be used.
Additional costs: final cleaning CHF 150.00, visitor's tax per person/day CHF 5.00
