About this apartment rental
Our apartments have been built in 2006 and are located in a quiet and desirable corner of Samnaun Village, yet nevertheless only a few minutes from the centre by foot. In the morning, you can head out on skis right from the front door to reach the cable lift in 5 minutes.... one room-flats for 2 persons (35m2) and 3 room-flats for 4-5 persons (70m2, 2 shower/WC each) SPA with sauna,,steambath and a relaxation room, W-Lan free, parking free by the house.
Tourist Tax (from 17 years): Summer-/Winter-season CHF 4.00 per person/night Finalcleaning: Winterseason CHF 160.- / CHF 85.-- Summerseason CHF 160.-/ CHF 85.-- Sommer/Main-season: Including cablecar Samnaun/Ischgl, and indoor swimmingpool public of Samnaun, free Samnaun-Bus Payment only cash in CHF or EURO (cours of the day)or by bank transmitting
New, high quality furnished guest 1-room apartment (35m2), balcony with south view, very bright apartment, flat TV, radio, W-Lan free, telephone, safe, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, bed-bath towels and kitchen linen. On request daily bread delivery. The 1st House on the slope to the cable car, which you can reach in a few minutes. Finalcleaning: CHF 85.-- Summer SPA closed
