The property is part of a two-unit house, and a full-time resident lives in the first-floor apartment. Guests have full private access to the upper unit of the home, including the second and third floors and the outdoor balcony. The two units are completely separate with different entrances; there is no interaction with the downstairs tenant.

Free driveway parking is available for two vehicles, with additional paid street parking in front of the house. Free street parking is 3 blocks away.

For safety, the home has a camera with audio at the front door monitoring the exterior entry area. There are no cameras inside the home.

Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful of neighbors.

Large unapproved parties are not permitted.

Check-in is available after 4 PM with self check-in via keypad.
