Welcome to your cozy retreat in Värmland! Just 300 meters from the shore of the picturesque Lake Busjön, this classic wooden house offers the perfect blend of tranquility, nature, and modern comfort. Whether you’re a couple, a small family, or an adventurer—this is the place to unwind.

Living & Relaxing
The house is furnished with great attention to detail and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay:
Bedroom: A quiet retreat with a comfortable king-size double bed, an armchair for reading, and plenty of storage space for your luggage.
Living Room: The central gathering place of the house. Enjoy cozy evenings in front of the crackling fireplace or take advantage of the selection of books and board games.
Kitchen: The newly renovated kitchen has everything you could want. Amenities include a stove, oven, microwave, a large refrigerator, and a French press for the perfect start to your day. A dining table seats four people (high chair available upon request).
Bathroom: Functionally furnished with a shower, sink, and a separate toilet.
Outdoor Area & Activities
The large south-facing terrace is the heart of the outdoor area. Thanks to its orientation, you can enjoy the sun here all day long—ideal for a leisurely breakfast or a barbecue evening (grill provided).
Lake Busjön is just a short walk (300 m) away. A special bonus: A canoe is available to you free of charge, so you can explore the Swedish lake landscape directly from the water.

You’ll enjoy complete privacy here. The property is flanked by forest and offers an unobstructed view of the lake.
Flora & Fauna: Depending on the season, wild strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and lingonberries grow right on or near the property. With a little luck, you can spot moose, deer, or foxes right from the house.
Amenities: Thanks to the convenient location, you can easily reach supermarkets and stores in Ekshärad in about an 8-minute drive.
Arrival: You can park your car right in front of the patio, which makes unloading your luggage especially easy.
