This place was affordable while feeling as lux as possible. The smart TV makes it so easy to relax during Medellín’s rainy afternoons. The beds are super comfortable, the showers are excellent. The eco-brutalist design is an added touch. Love that they give you a fridge, a mini stove, cutlery and plenty of storage space. Staff were lovely and attentive. Woukd 100 percent stay again!

This place was clean and beautiful. Staff well friendly and professional. I love the plants and the environment. The housekeeping was well done. Area quiet with amenities close by.

Good place. It is near the Metro and there are lots of buses going this way and that nearby. It wasn't on a nousy street either. The room with kitchen, being i think the superior loft with balcony was a very spacious and the kitchen facility was good. The fridge was a decent size. The staff were excellent. They were really thorough.

The staff was friendly but the building is subpar. The shower was installed incorrectly which means the water over flowed into the bathroom floor which would also lead to the bedroom. I had to take extremely quick showers to prevent this from happening while stacking a towel on the floor. Windows was not sealed so outside noise is constant and the AC could not keep up with the lack of installation. The AC unit was good but with the lack of quality in the build it was not able to cool the unit. The owners and management charges you for utilities alone arrival so this hidden fee left a bad taste. Also I was charged for an extra key which totaled $10 USD. Would I stay again, no but for a quick trip it’s not bad.
