Cocoonr offers this charming 31 m² air-conditioned studio apartment for rent in San-Martino-di-Lota, 200 m from the beach. It can accommodate up to 2 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. Sheets and towels included. We're waiting for you!

- A 12 m² east-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The studio is ideally located in San-Martino-di-Lota, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Swimming, snorkelling, watching the sun set over the sea on the beaches of Pietranera and Grisgione
- Walks and hikes in the hills of San-Martino-di-Lota and towards the hamlets
- Visit Pietranera and Bastia
- Tasting local produce
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (one numbered space).

- Nearest airport: Bastia Poretta, about 20 km away
