Perched on a hill overlooking the water, this house is a short stroll to the shops, restaurants, and attractions of downtown Boothbay Harbor. Impeccably designed interiors include two wood-burning fireplaces and beautiful hardwood floors throughout. A seasonal, antique sleeping loft provides added charm. The main living area has a sofa, two armchairs, and two side chairs. Enjoy the harbor view, or watch a film on the 46-inch Roku TV. In the cozy family room, a couch and three armchairs surround another 46-inch smart TV. Watch your favorite shows by the glow of the wood-burning fireplace. The stylish chef's kitchen has sleek countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge and gas stove top with griddle and separate built-in Wolf oven. The large center island provides ample space to prepare meals and seating for two. In the dining area, play a tune on the piano while enjoying a pre-dinner beverage by the wood-burning fireplace. When it's time to eat, the table has room for 10.
Take in the incredible view of the bay from the large wraparound deck. Or fire up the gas grill for a group barbecue. As evening falls, gather around a fire pit in the grassy yard to watch the stars come out. We had such a fun time in Rockland! This little house was the perfect size for mom, dad, 2 kids, and grandma. Well situated for getting up to Main St and enjoying all the town has to offer. Our dogs enjoyed how close we were to the ocean and a large park. We would definitely come back!

Really cute house that was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable for most of us, and towels were plenty. The only small negative was the fact that it is on the end of a harbor road, so there is a lot of traffic as people bring their boats back and forth. The dogs enjoyed the nearby park and we all loved the harbor walk up to Main St for the shops and bakeries.
