The unspoiled natural surroundings and mature trees define the character of the house. From the front, the view opens up to expansive greenery. The covered patio offers a sheltered spot right next to the house and invites you to spend plenty of time outdoors.
The Baltic Sea coast, the Darß Peninsula, and the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park are all within easy reach—ideal for days at the beach, bike rides, and excursions in the region.
Access is via an unpaved road approximately 150 m long.
