Located on the downstairs level, the cottage is easily accessible with just one small step up to the entrance. Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully arranged studio layout featuring a comfortable queen bed and a twin sleeper sofa, accommodating up to three guests. Due to the size of the space, it is best suited for two adults and one child, or one adult traveling with children, as the unit is compact.
The kitchenette provides convenient essentials for light meals, including a mini refrigerator, a built-in two-burner cooktop, and a cozy dining table that seats two—perfect for enjoying a quiet breakfast before heading out to the beach.
While the interior offers a peaceful retreat, guests can also enjoy the shared outdoor spaces throughout the property, including the pool, deck, grilling areas, and a shared exterior washer and dryer—everything designed to capture the relaxed charm of coastal living.

Without going into detail about the fact that our surprise mini-vacay was ruined by the weather, I will say this: Tech Travel was great, the agent Vivian was super helpful at finding a place for us and the place we stayed was nice. It was small, but there was just the two of us, clean, and the "owner" was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately it rained 2 of the 2.5 days we were there. We came for a concert, which was outdoors, and it rained for that too..... Such a bummer, but what can you do? If I could give the weather a rating it would be 0 stars!
