Beautifully curated with soft coastal tones, warm natural textures, and modern finishes throughout, both homes create a bright, airy, and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

The main house features an open-concept living area with a plush sectional, Smart TV, and seamless flow into the dining space and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for gathering and relaxing. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, coffee maker, wine glasses, blender, toaster, and dishwasher, along with a cozy dining nook and island seating.

The Back Cottage offers its own private and inviting living space with a comfortable layout, additional sleeping accommodations, and a full bathroom, ideal for added privacy while still being part of the same property experience.

Across both homes, you will find four comfortable bedrooms and four full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, thoughtfully arranged to provide space and convenience for everyone in your group.

Pet-Friendly Delray Beach Stay


One dog may be considered with prior approval and an additional fee. Please share breed and weight when booking.
Dogs under 1 year old and select breeds, including Labradors, are not allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 charge.

Construction Update and Yard Access

We are currently adding a new pool to the property. During this phase, portions of the outdoor space may be limited as construction is actively underway.

As a result, we have adjusted our pricing to reflect this temporary limitation — and combined with our July and August discount, this is a great value while improvements are in progress.
