Welcome to our updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom lakeside home, occasionally rented, perfect for up to 6 guests. Minimum of 30 days.

The home features 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 - 2 Twin Beds (Sleeps 2 guests)
Bedroom 2 – King sized Bed (Sleeps 2 guests)
Bedroom 3 - Queen sized Bed (Sleeps 2 guests).

Outside, enjoy our heated pool to a perfect 84 degrees in winter, BBQ area and outdoor seating space.

• 1 space in the garage and 2 spaces on our driveway.

HOUSE RULES:

• SIGNED LEASE is required upon booking. 30 nights minimum.

• PETS ALLOWED. Well-behaved digs are allowed for an additional fee. The dogs are not allowed on the furniture.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $100 starting at 10 AM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time (UNLESS IT WAS DISCUSSED PRIOR). Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.

• TO ENSURE EVERYONE SAFETY, we'd like to kindly mention that our house, deck, and outdoor areas aren't specifically 'baby proof.' If you're visiting with young children please take necessary precautions and don't leave the kids without supervision. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's safety and well-being at all times: inside the house, outside the house, swimming pool, patio and surrounding areas.

•POOL TEMPERATURE: We aim for a comfortable pool experience. We typically heat the pool to 84°. Please remember that pool temperature is subjective and difficult to maintain during cold weather below 60°.
We cannot guarantee specific water temperatures in colder months. Refunds will not be issued for temperature variations or inability to maintain heat due to weather. Thank you for your understanding.

• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: PLEASE NOTE our prices are based on the GUEST COUNT.
Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. If more people are staying and your reservation states otherwise, you will incur an additional fee of 50$ per person per night, so please be truthful. Any UNAUTHORIZED event will have a fine of $1000, the reservation will be cancelled and you will be ask to leave.

• ELECTRONIC LOCK CHECK-IN. We require a picture of a photo ID upon booking to ensure our door code is going to the person who booked the reservation.

• BBQ GRILL: Please note that guests are kindly requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $100 being applied.

• PROPANE: Guests are in charge of maintaining propane for the grill.

• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking or vaping inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the outdoor patio and backyard. There is a smoking fine of $500.

• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be charged to you as additional payment request or from your security deposit (if booked directly). Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

• CLEANINNG: If excessive cleaning inside or outside the house is required, there will be 1-time fee of $300.

• PHOTOSHOOT/VIDEO FILMING/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.

• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.

• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME

- LANDSCAPER: A landscaper come by every week on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.

- POOL CLEANER: A pool cleaner comes every once a week to maintain the pool, whether guests in the house or not, It is essential. Usually on Wednesdays.

- GARBAGE SERVICE: Our pool cleaner take garbage bins from the garage on Tuesdays and putting them back on Wednesdays. He has an access to the garage but he doesnt have an access to the house.

• LIABILITY
Prestige Choice Property Management cannot accept liability whatsoever for any injury sustained by any guest or visitor to the house, grounds or swimming pool, or for any loss or damage caused to any possessions brought onto the rental property. Without any restrictions, Prestige Choice Property Management shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the guest’s stay in the property caused by matters beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, surrounding construction work, excessive disturbance of neighboring properties, failure of utility supplies such as water, electricity, gas or air conditioning. Although, we will make every effort to respond and minimize any disruption caused during the rental period.
