About this house rental
Cocoonr offers you this charming house with a sea view, ideally located opposite Kervillen beach, to rent in La Trinité-sur-Mer. With a surface area of 180 m², it can accommodate up to 12 travellers and has fibre-optic wifi.
The beach can be reached directly by crossing the road, with the staircase to the beach just opposite the house.
It comprises an attractive 42 m² living room with fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,000 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is made up as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 42 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A master suite with a king-size bed (180×200), en-suite shower room and large dressing room.
- Separate WC
On the first floor:
- One queen-size bedroom (160×200)
- One queen-size bedroom (160×200)
- One queen-size bedroom (160×200)
- One bedroom with a bunk bed + a pull-out bed (2 single beds)
- One bathroom
- One shower room
- Separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron.
Outside :
- A beautiful 2,000 m² garden + 2 terraces with furniture to enjoy the sun at any time.
The house is ideally situated in La Trinité-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
