Take a dip in the pool or relax in the sun. These vacation rental properties are conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. Located in the heart of Ocean City, Maryland, the Atlantis is a unique building with various floor plans to choose from. Each unit includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioning. The balconies vary throughout the building; some are open and others are enclosed. While the building is oceanfront, direct oceanfront units are ones ending in '06'. Limited ocean view units are '01', '02', and '10'. All other units are considered oceanview. No pets, please. Outdoor Pool Things to Know * Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. * Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. * All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. * No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. *A $60 cash non-refundable building registration fee per vehicle is due at check-in at the Atlantis. Parking is available for one vehicle. $60 for an additional space based on availability. Please ensure that any necessary permits are displayed at all times. * Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. * No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
