The condo was very nice and clean. There are a lot of steps to the 3rd floor. My only suggestion would be to add some curtains to the bedrooms, the outdoor hall lights were bright for my small children. And a shorter combo code for the door. The back porch views were great and the location was perfect. The Sunday night fireworks were RIGHT THERE and a huge hit for our kids.

The condo was great with a good views and close to pool. Being on the third floor was a little cumbersome especially with luggage and groceries. The condo could have been cleaned better. There was a dirty towel on the back of the primary bath door and the garbage in the primary bath had not been emptied. Also the floors were dusty under the beds and a shoe was found as well. The pullout couch had sheets on the bed and needed to be washed.

Nice, very clean condo! We very much enjoyed our time in this rental. Peaceful location with good views, enjoyed the pools, and the nearby park. Well-stocked kitchen, appreciated the towels and linens provided. Bring your own beach chairs!
