This condo is part of The Quay complex, where guests will have access to incredible shared amenities, including heated indoor and outdoor pools, a game room with arcade machines, air hockey, and pool tables, and a tennis court. Endless entertainment awaits! This charming coastal gem of a condo features views of the beach and bay, central air-conditioning throughout, an inviting living area with a TV and comfortable furniture, and a well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware. QUAY CONDOMINIUM AMENITIES -Heated outdoor pool with a view -Heated indoor pool -Game room with arcade games, pool tables, air hockey table, ping-pong table, and vending machine -Basketball courts -Tennis court -Library -Beach access -On-site sandwich shop and convenience store (seasonal) -Elevator in the building -24/7 security THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is currently closed to complete renovations. Plans are to re-open April 1st, 2026. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
