Only a quick elevator ride separates you from the golden sand beach and a wealth of resort-style amenities downstairs. This air-conditioned condo comes with every essential - free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, a full kitchen, and an oceanfront living room. There's even a private balcony where you can kick back in the afternoons, sip cold drinks, and take in a view of the beach and ocean below. The Plaza Condominiums is an oceanfront property in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a half-acre sundeck, a hot tub, a sauna, an oceanfront lounge, and an outdoor bar and grill come summertime. In this wonderful location, you'll be close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife in the surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway. Head less than two miles north to Northside Park or two miles further to Fenwick Island, or go south for the day to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk (approximately four miles south). Things to Know Full kitchen No smoking allowed in any of the condos, on balconies, or on the pool deck No pets allowed An $80 non-refundable building registration fee is due at the Plaza building by cash or credit card. Garage parking is provided for up to two cars. If you have a third car then it is $20.00 per day for the third vehicle. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
