All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.
Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great location!!! Loved waking up to the sunrise ! The sound of the waves is amazing. Saw dolphins everyday. Wonderful!!

The ocean view was amazing!!! We slept like babies on the best mattress. The living room was really comfortable!
The only itsy bitsy negative would be the little freestanding car in the kitchen. It was a little bit difficult to get out the utensils.

Plenty of places to eat and enjoy your day. The only problem I had was with walking to the beach, but that isn’t the owners problem it’s mine. Otherwise it was an awesome trip. Vacasa was very helpful with all of the planning of the trip.
