Spacious 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom unit in a secure apartment block, situated on the 3rd floor, a stones throw away from the Sea Point Promenade and close to all activities, restaurants and bistro's. This is a self catering unit. We have hotel quality linens. Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary mid-stay changeovers. Please note that stairs are required as the apartment block does not have a lift.

This one bedroom apartment is fitted with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable. Please note that the building does not have an elevator and stairs are required to get to the front door

You're located in the centre of Sea Point between the main strip and the ocean. There are countless bars, restaurants and other attractions all within walking distance from the apartment

Please note that this property, as well as all other Airbnb's in Cape Town, experience load-shedding. It is a government-enforced cut-off of main power to certain areas at scheduled times during the day. We do have a back up battery which can be used for charging your laptop and cell phone and to power a light We do offer the convenience of portable lamps during these periods which can also be used to charge your mobile devices. We do provide a battery to power the Wi-fi for 2 hours during these periods so you shall have internet. Additionally, we'll provide you with an app that sends notifications of scheduled power outages, so you can plan accordingly.
