With a beautifully landscaped and fenced backyard and all of the necessary amenities, Rise N Shine is the perfect Michigan vacation destination for you and your loved ones! This charming cottage is located within walking distance of downtown Saugatuck’s shops and restaurants (a half-mile west), which also makes for a relaxing bike ride. The property is also only a mile from the area's most popular beach, Oval Beach. Quieter Douglas Beach (two miles southwest) and Saugatuck Dunes State Park (four miles north) are nearby as well. After a gorgeous day spent out on Lake Michigan, relax on the deck or out front inside the three-season, screened front porch, furnished with a patio table set and comfortable lounge chairs and equipped with a split heating/air-conditioning unit. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, outdoor shower, gas grill, air-conditioning, and access to streaming TV services using your own accounts. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan LLC.

Beautiful home so close to town! Great neighborhood for walking and exercising pets. Be careful on the porch—slick when wet and the top step isn’t marked. Lighting can be wonky, and the beds are . . . In need of an upgrade. Kitchen was well-stocked with high-end appliances. TV was nice. Backyard was great with dogs. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location still walking distance to town! Perfect rental for my small dogs while I was in town for a wedding. Beds were very comfortable!

Great location. Straight walk down the street to downtown. Very quiet neighborhood/street. Great fenced yard for the corgis. Loved all the windows and French doors. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

This property is in a great location. One of the main reasons chosen, close to the wedding venue we were attending. Also, we could bring our dog. Sadly, we lost our fur baby since the booking, but decided to keep the reservation based on the great reviews & being so close to the wedding venue. Close to downtown & local attractions.
Overall, the house is nice & decorated very cute. However, we found the living room/ kitchen area & sunroom to have a very strong terrible odor. Even after opening windows to air out the house, didn’t get rid of the odor. We chose the property based on many positive reviews for cleanliness, we found it lacking overall in this area. For the amount we pay per night & extra charges for cleaning etc. I expect better, especially when I’m expected to take out all the trash, wash the towels used & remove all the used bedding before we check out.
Check in/out was made very easy. House equipped nicely with essentials .
