Enjoy the convenience of The District Docklands, featuring a wide range of retail stores, supermarkets (including Woolworths), cafes, restaurants, and entertainment options like Hoyts Cinema, all just a short stroll away. You’re also within easy reach of Southern Cross Station, connecting you to trains, SkyBus (airport), and multiple tram lines within Melbourne’s Free Tram Zone.
The nearest tram stops are along Harbour Esplanade and Docklands Drive, giving you seamless access into the CBD, Bourke Street Mall, Queen Victoria Market, and beyond, all just a few minutes away.
There are tons of things to do right at your doorstep, from waterfront walks and sunset views to shopping, dining, and city exploring.

Hop on board the Skybus which provides a quick, convenient and cost effective way to get to and from the airport.
Access to the Overland rail service TrainLink XPT.
Coach services to Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport, as well as regional Victorian and interstate destinations.
Europcar, Budget and Avis rental car depots area at the Southern Cross station, so picking up and dropping off a rental car is super easy!
There is also a tram stop right outside the main entrance on La Trobe St.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
