The covered outdoor kitchen (complete with a sink and minifridge) is perfect for guests who want to get their grill on. Inside, guests will be cooled by central air conditioning, high ceilings, stone-style flooring, and well-positioned ceiling fans. The open kitchen (complete with breakfast bar seating for four guests) features full-size appliances and plenty of prep space for making your favorite meals. Each bedroom is fully equipped for guests to come in and get comfortable - guests of the main bedroom will enjoy access to a luxury en suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub. House is wonderful, great view from pool. Definitely will stay here again thanks to the local property manager who was very helpful in resolving issues with heating pool and door locks (the code Vacasa gave us did not work). Work with local property manager if issues arise. Vacasa of Florida is not helpful.

A perfect place for your winter break. Plenty of sun from mid morning through to the end of the day on the stylishly beautiful pool. Three bedrooms to accommodate our extended family. The open kitchen/living/dining area was well appointed.

This was our second time staying in this home with a family of 6. The house feels new, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Our 4 kids love being in the pool and spa, and we love that the huge sliding glass doors open up the living room to the pool area. Many necessities are provided (pool towels, kitchen basics, etc.) to make it a great stay. Location is a bit far from a lot of the things we like to do in the area (our favorite restaurants are all at least 20 minutes, beaches are an hour), but it's a very quiet neighborhood. Vacasa support was local and quick to respond when there were issues. We will definitely try to stay here again!

The house was nice but the location was too far away from attractions. We rented for two weeks. When we got there we realized we wanted the pool heated. We inquired and was denied because we didn't asked to have it turned on before we arrived. After much complaining we finally got it turned on. We asked where the garage door opener was and was told we weren't allowed to use the garage. No bike available either.
