The Space:
Set on a canal with quick access to the Caloosahatchee River, this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat features a private heated pool, screened lanai, and tiki bar.
Inside, bright, airy spaces feature plush furnishings, large windows, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Gather around the breakfast bar, dining table, or spacious sectional for easy meals and relaxing evenings with Apple TV.
The single-story layout includes a comfortable primary suite with direct patio access and an en suite bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. A second full bath with a tub/shower combination provides added convenience for families and groups.
Step outside to your private tropical escape. Enjoy the heated pool and covered lanai, or unwind at the dock with a drink at the tiki bar, cast a fishing line, or head out on the river. Beach chairs and beach toys are also provided for easy beach days.
Dogs are welcome for an additional nightly fee, so your four-legged companions can join the getaway too.
Yacht Club Public Beach is just 6 miles away, Fort Myers Beach is 14 miles away, and downtown Cape Coral’s restaurants and shops are only 3 miles from home. For a change of scenery, explore the scenic Glover Bight Trail, 8 miles away.

Guests who would like the pool heater turned on should contact VueStay at least 72 hours prior to arrival. The pool heating fee is $32 per day, plus tax. Pool heat is available October 1 - May 1.

Electric pool heaters rely on the outdoor air temperature to warm the water and are generally capable of heating pool water to approximately 20°F above the outside air temperature under favorable conditions.
During periods of cooler weather, ( typically in December, January and February and particularly when a cold front moves through Southwest Florida, the pool may take longer to warm and may not reach or maintain 85°F.
Important: Electric pool heaters may not operate when the outdoor temperature is approximately 55°F or below. Because pool heating performance is affected by outdoor temperatures and weather conditions, a specific pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

We loved this property! The bed was so comfortable, layout was amazing for 2 couples to have their own space and the outdoor area was so dreamy with the pool, hot tub and lounging areas. Would totally recommend! Neighborhood is very quiet. Everything is a short drive away. Loved it!

This is a 4-5 star rating with a few issues - good/not so good. Good - Home was laid out well since we stayed with our son, daughter-in-law and 2 children 8 and 5. Home was well supplied with plenty of bath and swim towels, kitchen was well stocked, extra blankets and pillows, paid extra for heated pool well worth the money!The desk work space was excellent as my husband was working remotely.Not so good - Hot tub was under repair (not their fault but it was one of the reasons we rented this property), no handbook on how TV's worked and what channels that we had access to, grill was unusable because of the grease that had built up in the grease pan below the crates (something a renter would not have tools to clean), lights were out, Overall we were pleased with the home.
