Welcome to The Summer Palace, a recently updated, refined WaterColor retreat including a 6 seater golf cart & 4 bikes in one of 30A’s most desirable beach communities. The newest SPF 50 LLC managed property.
I searched for years for the right WaterColor home and kept finding properties that needed updates or had layouts that simply didn’t live well. This one was different the moment I walked in.
Over the years, I have curated upscale rentals from the ski slopes to the beach, across a variety of communities and styles. This home reflects everything I have learned along the way. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered with our guests in mind, combining comfort, style, and functionality in a way that feels natural and easy.
The floor plan is effortless, designed for the way people actually gather, relax, and spend time together. Open and inviting when you want to be together, yet with just enough separation for everyone to have your own space when needed.
The home features four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two half baths, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests. Sleeping spaces include two king suites, a twin room, and a spacious bunk room, providing flexibility for both adults and children.
Your stay includes four adult bikes, and ten WaterColor amenity wristbands, making it easy to explore the community and enjoy everything WaterColor has to offer.
The outdoor living is just as special, with shaded porches and a cozy fireplace that make mornings slow and evenings linger a little longer. We provide high thread count, luxury bedding and spa quality bath products.

We stayed here with our family and couldn't have picked a better place. The house excellent and was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean when we arrived.
The location made getting around easy. We rode bikes most days, walked to the pools, and getting to the beach was simple with the tram. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and a few dinners, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out after a day outside.
What stood out to me most was how organized everything was. Check-in was straightforward, instructions were clear, and any questions we had were answered quickly. It's refreshing to rent a place where everything just works the way it's supposed to.
I'd stay here again without hesitation and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept home in WaterColor with all of the amenities.

We had an incredible stay at this WaterColor home! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—just a short walk or bike ride to the pools, beach, and all the WaterColor amenities. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor porches were wonderful for morning coffee and evening relaxation. Communication with the owner was outstanding from booking through checkout, with clear instructions and quick responses to any questions. Everything worked exactly as expected, and the home was even better than the photos. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a first-class WaterColor vacation.

We’ve stayed at several properties managed by this company over the years, and this home was another fantastic experience. The property was exactly as described — clean, well maintained, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully stocked for guests. The layout worked perfectly for our group, with plenty of room to relax both indoors and outside.
The location was excellent and made it easy to enjoy the area, while still feeling peaceful and private. Communication from the management team was prompt and professional from booking through checkout, and everything about the stay felt smooth and organized.
One thing we consistently appreciate about this company is the attention to detail across all of their homes. Each property has its own personality, but they all share the same high standards, comfort, and guest-focused touches. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Awesome fall trip to watercolor. House was great. Loved doing fires at night and kitchen allowed for us to make full thanksgiving spread. Great access to watercolor and seaside.
