About this house rental
Bring the whole family to our spacious house - great for hosting larger parties! Enjoy our outside deck in the spring and summer months. Watch TV or just read books in our cozy living room area. Lots of toys and books for younger kids, and a wide range of board games are available. Large open areas for entertaining.
You'll love the open spaces, reading nooks and amenities for your group! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, but within walking distance of parks. 5min drive to downtown.
The space
You'll have access to the whole house, except for the attached mother-in-law suite, but that has it's own entrance, and is locked off from the rest of the house. The house is 2 stories, so there are stairs to navigate, but they are very wide, carpeted stairs. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: 3 twin beds, and a baby crib.
Bedroom 2: King bed, reading nook, empty shelves
Bedroom 3: Full bed, empty shelves for belongings, blackout curtains for quiet sleep.
Bedroom 4: Murphy Queen bed, spacious bottom floor room with a desk, dresser. Toy room when not being used as a bedroom.
Other Beds: 2 main couches upstairs, very comfy, as well as a queen air mattress.
Full Bath and 3/4 Bath (Shower only), both stocked with towels and other things you might have forgotten.
Kitchen: Full oven, microwave, Toaster Oven, Full refrigerator, Keurig and some pods, silverware, plates, pots, pans, etc. Induction stovetop and pans provided. Stocked fridge with breakfast foods, Pantry and Freezer are stocked as well, in case you wanted to do some cooking or baking while you are in.
Main Areas/Dining Room: Comfy couches, Big table to eat at (seats 12), Smart TV, Piano.
Office Area: In the main area, is a large standing desk and chair. Very fast internet (200mb), with a private network and ethernet plugin if needed.
