The Space:
The screened lanai is made for outdoor living, with comfortable loungers, an outdoor bar, and a covered dining table for eight. Fire up the propane grill for casual cookouts while the kids and your pup enjoy the fully fenced backyard.
Inside, two separate living areas give everyone room to spread out, whether you're spending time together or taking a quiet break. The galley-style kitchen features stainless steel appliances, cookware, and essentials for preparing meals. Please note that the kitchen does not have a dishwasher.
The three bedrooms offer comfortable retreats, each with its own Smart TV. The primary suite includes a private en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience.
When you're ready to explore, shopping, dining, and entertainment are just a short drive away, along with Fort Myers and the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches.

Pool Heating Terms & Conditions
Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $32 per day, plus tax. Guests must contact VueStay at least 72 hours before arrival to request pool heat.
The pool uses an electric heater that relies on outdoor air temperatures. Under favorable conditions, the heater can generally warm the pool to approximately 20°F above the outside air temperature. Pool heating is weather-dependent, and a specific pool temperature, including 85°F, is not guaranteed.
When outdoor temperatures drop to approximately 55°F or below, the heater may not operate. During cold fronts and cooler periods, particularly from December through February, the pool may take longer to warm or may not reach or maintain a comfortable swimming temperature.
Outdoor temperatures, overnight lows, wind, rain, and other weather conditions can affect heating performance. Pool heating fees apply once the service is requested, regardless of weather conditions or the temperature the pool ultimately reaches.

The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the lanai and pool area was wonderful! The neighborhood was also very quiet and peaceful. Our only complaint was the electric burners on the stove weren't flat so cooking on them was somewhat ddifficult

Nice home with plenty of space. Fenced in yard was great for the dogs. Beautiful pool. I would love to stay there again.

The house is bigger than the pictures make it seem. It was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. The patio is perfect and so peaceful. It rained a lot so it was nice to sit back there. Comes equipped with everything you need for however long you stayed. Would love to stay again

Had trouble getting in. Contacted vacasa,response was less than 5 minutes. Upon entering...the property was very clean and had everything needed for our stay. Vacasa and this property I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice comfortable and relaxing location to stay. I travel for work and have stayed at Vacasa rentals before. Service is superior!
